Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Spotfit Finder you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Spotfit Finder is an online directory where fitness and dance instructors can list themselves, manage a public profile and pay for a subscription. Conexion / Leonid Guzmán Monet provides the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at privacy@conexion.fi if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or impersonate anyone;
- upload content or images you do not have the right to use;
- scrape, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
Subscriptions, prices and payment
Paid plans are billed per the plan you choose. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Invoices are issued for your subscription and card payments are processed securely by Paytrail. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not affected.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to your profile. You grant us the permission needed to display it within the directory while your profile is published.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to the competent Finnish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: privacy@conexion.fi.

Ehtojen hyväksyminen
Luomalla tilin tai käyttämällä Spotfit Finderiä hyväksyt nämä käyttöehdot. Jos et hyväksy niitä, älä käytä palvelua.
Palvelu
Spotfit Finder on verkkohakemisto, jossa liikunta- ja tanssiohjaajat voivat ilmoittautua, hallita julkista profiilia ja maksaa tilauksen. Palvelun tarjoaa Conexion / Leonid Guzmán Monet.
Tilisi
Vastaat kirjautumistietojesi turvassa pitämisestä ja tililläsi tapahtuvasta toiminnasta. Anna oikeat tiedot ja pidä ne ajan tasalla. Ilmoita viipymättä osoitteeseen privacy@conexion.fi, jos epäilet luvatonta käyttöä.
Sallittu käyttö
Sitoudut siihen, ettet:
- julkaise laitonta, harhaanjohtavaa tai loukkaavaa sisältöä etkä esiinny toisena henkilönä;
- lataa sisältöä tai kuvia, joihin sinulla ei ole käyttöoikeutta;
- kerää tietoja automaattisesti, ylikuormita, häiritse tai yritä päästä palveluun luvatta.
Tilaukset, hinnat ja maksaminen
Maksulliset paketit laskutetaan valitsemasi paketin mukaan. Kaikki hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Tilauksesta lähetetään laskut, ja korttimaksut käsittelee turvallisesti Paytrail. Voit peruuttaa milloin tahansa ja säilytät käyttöoikeuden maksetun jakson loppuun. Mahdolliset pakottavat kuluttajansuojaoikeudet säilyvät.
Sisältösi
Säilytät omistusoikeuden profiiliisi lisäämääsi sisältöön. Myönnät meille tarvittavan luvan näyttää se hakemistossa, kun profiilisi on julkaistu.
Saatavuus
Pyrimme pitämään palvelun saatavilla ja luotettavana, mutta se tarjotaan "sellaisena kuin se on" emmekä takaa keskeytyksetöntä tai virheetöntä toimintaa.
Vastuu
Lain sallimissa rajoissa emme vastaa välillisistä vahingoista. Nämä ehdot eivät rajoita vastuuta, jota ei lain mukaan voi rajoittaa.
Päättäminen
Voit poistaa tilisi milloin tahansa tilisivultasi. Voimme keskeyttää tai sulkea tilit, jotka rikkovat näitä ehtoja.
Sovellettava laki
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ja riidat ratkaistaan toimivaltaisessa suomalaisessa tuomioistuimessa, pakottavaa kuluttajansuojaa rajoittamatta.

Voimme päivittää näitä ehtoja; palvelun käytön jatkaminen muutoksen jälkeen tarkoittaa päivitettyjen ehtojen hyväksymistä. Kysymykset: privacy@conexion.fi.

Aceptación de estas condiciones
Al crear una cuenta o usar Spotfit Finder aceptas estas Condiciones de uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.
El servicio
Spotfit Finder es un directorio en línea donde instructores de fitness y baile pueden anunciarse, gestionar un perfil público y pagar una suscripción. El servicio lo presta Conexion / Leonid Guzmán Monet.
Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener seguras tus credenciales y de la actividad de tu cuenta. Facilita información veraz y mantenla actualizada. Avísanos cuanto antes a privacy@conexion.fi si sospechas un uso no autorizado.
Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
- publicar contenido ilícito, engañoso u ofensivo, ni suplantar a nadie;
- subir contenido o imágenes sobre los que no tengas derechos;
- extraer datos, sobrecargar, interrumpir o intentar acceder sin autorización al servicio.
Suscripciones, precios y pago
Los planes de pago se facturan según el plan que elijas. Todos los precios incluyen IVA. Se emiten facturas por tu suscripción y los pagos con tarjeta los procesa Paytrail de forma segura. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento y mantienes el acceso hasta el final del periodo pagado. No se ven afectados los derechos del consumidor que sean obligatorios.
Tu contenido
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que añades a tu perfil. Nos concedes el permiso necesario para mostrarlo en el directorio mientras tu perfil esté publicado.
Disponibilidad
Procuramos mantener el servicio disponible y fiable, pero se presta "tal cual" y no garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido o sin errores.
Responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos o consecuentes. Nada en estas condiciones limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permita limitar.
Terminación
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde tu página de cuenta. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación de Finlandia y las disputas se someten a los tribunales finlandeses competentes, sin afectar a las protecciones obligatorias del consumidor.
Cambios y contacto
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones; seguir usando el servicio tras un cambio implica que aceptas las condiciones actualizadas. Consultas: privacy@conexion.fi.
